Notes	Rose and George Kaiser owned and operated Kaiser's Poultry Farm in Ridgefield from 1953 to the early 1980's. Their family business was well known throughout the area for fresh, free-range poultry products. They retired to Florida in 1985. Rose also spent time as a practical nurse giving care and comfort to those in need. Her skills as a cook and baker were appreciated by many family and friends, especially during the holidays. Rose enjoyed crafts, most notably ceramics, crocheting and doll making. She gave away many of her creations to fellow residents at Lockwood Lodge and Laurel Ridge.
