This is an unopened 2 fluid ounce container of Sipa brand hand sanitizer, and an unopened package of Big Win brand antibacterial hand wipes containing 15 wipes. These items were used as protective measures against the spread of COVID-19 during the pandemic. (See 2024.109.001 for general information about COVID-19). Alcohol-based hand sanitizers and antibacterial hand wipes are means of controlling the transmission of infectious disease such as COVID-19. |
