Main Street looking north from the Scott Block, showing the Bedient building and Barhite/Denton block, with the watering trough in the foreground. Ca. 1915-20. The trough was relocated to the intersection of Sawmill Hill and North Salem in 1922, and then to the intersection of Olmstead Lane and West Lane when the Titicus bridge was washed out in the flooding of 1955. |
